How do I notify all of my On-Premises users of pending downtime?

To notify users of downtime, go to the Control Panel → User Messaging → Email All Users. The CA Agile Central Server Administrator can send an email to all the users that currently have an enabled account in CA Agile Central. The emails are text-based, so HTML and rich text are not supported.
